The Wayne State Motorsports (WSM) is Wayne State University’s official Formula Electric racing team. Created as a multi-faceted, diverse, innovative, student-run organization. The emphasis of the WSM race team is on the engineering of the electric drive system and vehicle suspension to maximize performance in three different tests, acceleration, autocross, and endurance.
